These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of all professional services provided by Sandra Da Silva (“Sandra Da Silva”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to the client (“Client”, “Customer”, “you”, or “your”).
By booking, purchasing or participating in any service offered by Sandra Da Silva, including through www.sandradasilva.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

- Any other services advertised on our website or agreed in writing.
Because each service is unique, additional service-specific terms may apply and will be communicated before purchase where appropriate.
- Booking, Quotations & Payment
Due to the variety of services offered, booking and payment arrangements vary depending on the type of service requested.
These may include:
- Online coaching programmes
- Corporate training
- Bespoke workshops
- Consulting projects
- Retreats
- Public speaking engagements
- Digital products
- Assessments
- Individual coaching sessions
- Group programmes
Quotations
Where applicable, written quotations or proposals will outline:
- Scope of work
- Deliverables
- Duration
- Investment
- Payment schedule
- Deposit requirements
- Cancellation terms
- Any additional expenses
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for ninety (90) days.
Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once:
- a signed agreement has been received (where applicable),
- any required deposit has been paid,
- or full payment has been received.
Sandra Da Silva reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if payment has not been received.
Payment
Payment terms and conditions will vary depending on the service purchased.
Examples include:
- Full payment prior to commencement
- Deposit with balance payable before delivery
- Monthly instalments
- Corporate invoicing
- Milestone payments for consulting projects
Invoices must be paid by the due date stated.
Failure to pay may result in:
- suspension of services,
- cancellation of bookings,
- removal from programmes,
- withholding of certificates,
- suspension of access to online learning.
Late payments may incur reasonable administration charges and statutory interest where permitted by law.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, once a booking has been confirmed, the agreed price will remain valid for that booking.
- Course & Programme Bookings
For live or online programmes:
- Places are limited.
- Bookings are allocated on a first-paid basis.
- Access to course materials may not be granted until payment has been received.
- Sandra Da Silva reserves the right to amend dates, venues, trainers, content or delivery format where necessary.
If a programme is cancelled by Sandra Da Silva, participants will be offered either:
- a full refund,
- an alternative date,
- or credit towards another programme.
Sandra Da Silva is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other third-party costs incurred.
- Corporate Training & Consultancy
Corporate projects may be delivered:
- onsite
- online
- hybrid
Corporate proposals will specify:
- objectives
- deliverables
- participant numbers
- venue requirements
- project timelines
- payment schedule
Additional work requested outside the agreed proposal may incur additional charges.
The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue, equipment and participant availability where training takes place at the client’s premises.
- Bespoke Services
Sandra Da Silva may develop customised coaching programmes, workshops, training materials or consulting projects.
Development work begins only after written approval.
Development fees are payable whether or not the final programme proceeds to delivery.
Any additional amendments requested after approval may incur further charges.
- Digital Products & Online Learning
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
- online courses
- downloadable resources
- assessments
- templates
- journals
- workbooks
- videos
- audio content
These products are licensed for individual use only.
Sharing, copying, reproducing, distributing, recording or reselling any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property
All content created by Sandra Da Silva remains the exclusive intellectual property of Sandra Da Silva.
This includes:
- coaching frameworks
- methodologies
- presentations
- slides
- manuals
- workbooks
- videos
- audio recordings
- branding
- assessments
- online courses
- written materials
- digital downloads
No material may be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
- Confidentiality
All coaching and consulting discussions remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm.
Corporate coaching confidentiality will also comply with agreed organisational requirements.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms vary depending on the service purchased.
Unless otherwise stated:
Individual Coaching
More than 48 hours’ notice:
Session may be rescheduled.
Less than 48 hours’ notice:
Session is forfeited.
Corporate Training
Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of delivery may incur charges for preparation, venue, travel or development costs already committed.
Retreats & Events
Deposits are generally non-refundable.
Refund eligibility will be stated within the booking information.
Digital Products
Due to immediate access to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer legislation.
- Professional Disclaimer
Sandra Da Silva provides coaching, mentoring, consulting, education and training services.
These services are intended to support personal and professional development.
No guarantee is made regarding:
- financial outcomes
- business success
- promotions
- career progression
- income
- personal transformation
Results depend on each individual’s commitment, participation and implementation.
Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandra Da Silva shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses
- consequential losses
- loss of profits
- business interruption
- loss of data
- reputational damage
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Force Majeure
Sandra Da Silva shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
- natural disasters
- pandemics
- government restrictions
- strikes
- illness
- travel disruption
- internet outages
- power failures
- acts of terrorism
- extreme weather
- Website Use
Users agree not to:
- misuse the website,
- attempt unauthorised access,
- distribute malicious software,
- copy website content,
- infringe intellectual property rights,
- use website content for unlawful purposes.
- Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Cyprus.
