Hi, I’m Sandra Da Silva, a Coach, Mentor, and Trainer who believes that real transformation begins when we stop trying to be who we “should” be… and start leading from who we truly are.
My work is rooted in one simple truth: we can’t grow beyond the limits of our own awareness. And so, I’ve made it my life’s mission to help individuals and professionals reconnect with their purpose, embody their presence, and lead with authenticity, not performance.
My own journey has been one of many evolutions. Years in the corporate world taught me about strategy, leadership, and performance, but also about burnout, disconnection, and the quiet cost of living out of alignment. It was through my own process of unlearning, healing, and reimagining success that I discovered the power of the mind, emotional intelligence, and energy work.
Today, as an ABNLP Accredited and Certified NLP Trainer, Timeline Therapy™ Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and Emotional Intelligence and Well-Being Coach, I blend the science of the mind with the energetics of the soul. My approach brings together psychology, mindset, and intuition, helping others create lasting change from the inside out.
I’ve had the privilege of sharing this message on stages and in boardrooms across the world — including a TEDx talk on Imposter Syndrome and the power of owning your worth. That talk wasn’t just about overcoming doubt, it was about reclaiming your identity, your value, and your voice.
Every client, every audience, every story reminds me why I do this work: because when one person rises into their authentic power, they give permission for everyone around them to do the same.
How I Got Where I Am Today
If you had told me years ago that I’d be standing on global stages, guiding others to lead with authenticity and heart, I might have smiled politely and said, “That sounds lovely, but I don’t see how.”
My story began in the corporate world, where I spent nearly three decades learning the ins and outs of leadership, communication, and human behaviour. I had a successful career, led teams across cultures, and ticked every box that looked like “success” from the outside.
But deep down… something was missing.
There was a quiet whisper, a longing for purpose, alignment, and work that truly mattered.
That whisper turned into a roar when the company I worked for suddenly closed its doors. Overnight, I found myself jobless, uncertain, and standing at a crossroads I never planned to reach.
What felt like an ending turned out to be my greatest beginning.
That moment cracked me open, it forced me to stop, reflect, and ask, “Who am I without the title? Without the structure? Without the plan?”
It led me down a path of profound self-discovery and healing, through the grief of a painful divorce, the fear of starting over, and the unravelling of beliefs that had kept me small for far too long.
And somewhere along the way, I realised:
I wasn’t meant to fit into someone else’s vision.
I was meant to create my own.
So, I rewrote my story.
Fast forward to today… I’ve built a thriving, soul-led business, one that allows me to guide incredible individuals and professionals to rise into their potential, align with their purpose, and create extraordinary impact in the world.
Through The Inner Architect, I blend the science of human behaviour with the soul of transformation, training and mentoring people to communicate with clarity, lead with confidence, and cultivate cultures rooted in emotional intelligence and wellbeing.
My programs, retreats, and trainings are not just about skill, they’re about awakening something deeper: the leader within.
